[IN GAME BUG] Minions/allies/towers appear as large blue or red squares when hovered over

I was in a custom game with friends and ekko w'd himself on the fountain, instantly he turned into (image 1) the towers looked like this (image 2) and the minions were also bugged. I was playing Blackfrost Anivia, I have the Mac client store bugs and bugsplats constantly, and this happened in a custom game.
