In an ARAM champion select, a team mate was stuck with Akali (and did not want to play her). She offered a trade, I agreed I would reroll for her and trade back if I could. I rerolled once, got Ryze and rerolled another time to get someone better. Instead, I got Akali. Is this suppose to be able to happen?

Zielmann2 votesI believe the reroll only guarantees you don't get the champion you just rolled off of. So if you have akali, your first reroll cannot give you akali. If you get Ryze off that roll, the second reroll cannot give you Ryze, but could potentially put you back on akali.

But I assumed that when you trade that champion is "added" to the list of champions you have already had, following the idea of number 2.
