I previously played a game as Sona support and received an S i went to my hex-tech crafting and there was no mastery 7 Token

S- doesn't give you mastery 7 tokens, you need S or S+.

You can only get mastery 7 tokens from S or S+ grades, not S-

S and S+ are they only ways to get rank 7 tokens. It even states it on the token.
