[GAMEPLAY] Blitzcrank Ult Incorrect Cooldown

I was playing Blitzcrank the other day and after using my ultimate I realized the cooldown was incorrect. This only happened once so I'm not sure what the steps might be to reproduce this, but in short, the cooldown is stated on the tooltip to be 36 seconds, and I very clearly remember it being 50-something seconds. This image shows the tail end of the extended cooldown (I was too caught up in the game to screenshot it at it's start) and this image shows what the cooldown should've been.

I understand that this might not be very helpful but I figured I'd report it anyway.
