[CLIENT] Patch 5.9.15 Stuck on Logging on - MacBook

I have been playing normally with no problem for about a year and a half on my MacBook. However recently (5/10/15, Patch 5.8.15 to 5.9.15), I have having trouble logging on. I would enter my Username and Password, then it would stuck on the logging on screen. Then after two minutes, Connection Error would poop out. My friend suffers from the same problem.

Connection Error Connection Failure: Unable to connect to the PVP.net server.

I am not sure if it a problem with my side of connection or Riot side of connection. Or the game itself. Anyone have the same problem or any idea?
