Twisted Fate's Insanely Incorrect Tooltip's

Basically, Twisted Fate's W (Pick a Card), E (Stacked Deck) and R (Destiny/Gate) have some very incorrect values on them. For instance, the W's Red Card portion states that it will inflict a -3000% slow for 0 seconds. E states that it increases attack speed by 1000% and R has a total range of 160 units. 160!! 1 and 6/10's of a Teemo. Not game breaking, just weird.
