Jumpy Mouse after updating to MacOS Sierra

When in game and only in game my mouse begins to jump here and there when there's fast movement which this prevents me from playing with unlocked screen. My first thoughts was i needed a new mouse because I did have it for 2 years, I then proceeded to buy a new mouse and still having the same problem. I repaired the client, uninstalled it and even tried the Alpha client and nothing seems to be working to fix this problem, and it only happens on this game.

Same thing is happening to me, but it only happens with Razer mice. I tried using a crappy wireless Lenovo mouse and it didn't have the issue. I've tried repairing, I've tried deleting drivers and Synapse and reinstalling, but nothing works. As well, it only happens in game, in the client and outside of League it works perfectly fine.

Same problem, Blackweb Grim Gaming Mouse. Only happens in game. Occasionally the cursor also changes to an arrow or changes size in/out of game.

Were you able to resolve this? I am having this issue as well.

I've got the same issue! I hope OS Sierra hasn't ruined my League career. Didn't have a single issue until I upgraded. I have 2 steel series mice. Also thought I had some sort of issue, so I switched my Kana V2 for my old Sensei whereby I can use the V3 engine, but it has the same issues. Checked settings and worked with in game league "Software mouse" settings, but on or off, the shit still jumps every once in a while. Fucking me up hardcore when I'm in team fight pushing a tower and it clicks me into their tower next to 5 enemies. NOT cool. Died so many times cus of the seemingly random mouse jumps.

Based on reading these comments I can conclude it seems like it is NOT a mouse issue. I will also try to delete and reinstall league, to see if something got corrupt, but someone here said they already tried that and had the same issue.

Aside from that, the only thing I can think of is 1) Some new setting in Sierra, or 2) League client has some sort of bug with Sierra that causes issues with mouse flicking.

MacOS 10.12.6 has managed to solve 80% of my jittery mouse jumps. It still jumps when doing certain tasks like Control + R it will jump from my spell to the middle of the screen, but that is predictable and that seems to be one of just a handful of jumps that happen now, so the issue is mostly resolved with 10.12.6. No more random jitters when moving a champ, or when casting, etc.
