My Ip says, I have 1150 but when i was about to purchase a rune.. it said that i don't haven enough ip to buy! Please Help! I've already restarted my computer many times! Help Me!

Same here i did everything posible and i have 3777 ip and when i go to buy katarina it says i have 2778 even though i actlly have 3777 ip

I've got the same problem >:c I have 6500ip roughly and when I go to buy gnar it says I have around 6000
