I'm GOLD, but im not placed in any rank o.O

I'm so confused.... I hit gold months ago. Up until this morning, the league client stated that I qualified for the Gold+ rank reward. As of now, I'm still gold 5 but I have no stats in any ranked placement, and the 2018 ranked prize is grayed out indicating that I don't qualify. Is this because I haven't played ranked in a while? or is this because I'm Gold 5 with 0 LP?? Does this mean I don't qualify for the Gold rewards?? Sad day... please help me out.
