my friend told me that every time he finish a game, he is banned am banned. he didn't know why but he didn't AFK, leave, or talk, but every time it says he is banned when he finish a game it says he is banned even he didn't finish the 5 round after getting banned for wait 20 min, he never got banned and he had to wait 20 min not 5 please fix it and may be gave him prizes because he had to wait the time.
If this is really happening your friend should be the one posting.
There is no way for Riot to know who you are referring to and therefore there is nothing they can do about it. There is no reason you should be posing in the Bug Boards when you don't have a bug you can elaborate on.
It would be the same as going into the doctor and telling them your friend's symptoms and getting him diagnosed without the doctor ever looking at him, in which case you are better off going to webmd for an answer.
You should look up this symptoms on webmd maybe you get a fix for your friend's league issues.
