[gameplay] tahliya e dealing full damage to dash champions

Seemed to work on hecarim before he hits but if he does in the minefield, he seems to take full damage of all the mines. Dont know if it works on any other dash champs but i seemed to have it occur in more than once in a game so its pretty often. Unless she can hit 900 damage with just her e on one mine with 2 items.
