Co-op vs AI Count Towards Leaver Buster. Riot, What the hell?

I'm tired of being hit with this every time my internet crashes, the game crashes, or my power goes out while in the middle of a game. I don't play competitively for this very reason. Why is this non-competitive game mode that competitive players don't give a flying flip about being counted towards Leaver Buster?

This is something that should be classified under non-competitive PvE content and not count towards any kind of combat record, whether it be teamwork related or not. And on top of that, I spent over 12 hours logged out, why am I still having to wait 20 minutes in between matches to play games vs AI? This is not right, especially to players that have no control over things like their internet service and power outages.

Let's start this as a petition to get Leaver Buster removed from PvE content.
