TFT NO LONGER gives tokens for the event pass (BUG)

Tft no longer gives you event tokens for placing bottem 4 is this a bug? for the past week ive been playing tft for my tokens cause its easier to work and play with tft then it is any other gamemode but i realized that if you place top 4 you get tokens but if you place bottem 4 you get nothing at all even though on the information for the pass it says that the bottom 4 still get tokens and this is annoying because i dont always get top four but i'd still like to get tokens for playing matches if this is not a bug because i did get tokens from it before please message me i'd atleast like to know that riot changed it and if it is a bug please fix it riot thanks :).
