(GAME PLAY) Lux E casted near enemy champion explodes without reactivating.
- Cast E near to enemy champion.
- Light bulb will immediately explode before reactivating.
It happens as 5/10 times in every match.

Probably not a bug but relating to Lux's E's recent new mechanic. The new mechanic is that you can reactivate her E midflight so as soon as the light bulb lands it explodes like you say. You might have quickly pressed your E key 2 or more consecutive times without realizing it causing this to happen.
I played lux over 5000 games in ranked since season 2. I know lux very well and I purposely delay explosion for slow effect sometimes. It happens frequently and it is a bug. Note it only happend very rescently I first noticed about 5 days ago.
