[GAMEPLAY] In-game mouse blocking under certain circumstances

In-game mouse blocks on middle screen (you can't move it) it just sticks to the same position when u try to move it (if u try alt-tabbing the mouse is blocked on the top left corner of the screen) - the only solution is to close the game via task manager

this situation occurs when the game is just about to close (when the victory or defeat screen is displayed) and you continously press ctrl + on an ability / champion icon / summoner spell (basically when you try to link something in chat) - it happened to me when i tried linking the gold i had when the game was about to close
