Riot I got banned and demoted for a glitch/bug

when i got into a game my client didnt start up the game and just said "woah ur still in the game" and i kept tryin for 2 min. THen i decided to restart the client. It said to renconnect to the game which i thought hadnt started due to someone leaving/dodging. i quickly tried getting into the game and before i knew it remake and i lost LP got demoted and got banned for 5 GAMES not cause of lagg cause of a client error riot fix this.
