WHY?
Why everytime when i have 2 key fragments is so much harder to take the 3th one WHY???

Zombiemaster1 votesBecause that's how key fragments work. Every time you get a key fragment, the drop rate for the next one is decreased. The drop rate resets about 1 month after you get a key fragment at the original drop rate.
