[Gameplay/Crash?] Lucian Passive & Sona Q causes FPS drops

Lucian FPS Drop: Whenever Lucian uses his passive, everyones FPS seem to drop IF you have vision on him.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start a game with Lucian.
2. Use passive.

Occurs 10/10 times and is super annoying.

Sona Q FPS Drop: Similar to the Lucian Issue, whenever Sona uses her Q for the first time and you have vision on her, the screen freezes for a second.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start a game with Sona.
2. Use Q.

Occurs 10/10 times.
