IP Purchase Error in the new Client in the Shop

Every time I am in the shop and go to purchase the "Hextech Mystery Champion Shard" It Doesn't allow me unless i have 1900+ IP, while it's price is 1700 IP, but not only that once i do get 1900 IP and i do purchase it i have 200 IP Left as in i bought it with 1700 IP but it lets me buy it only when i have 1900 IP or more, i want this fixed please, and i have a screenshot of it How do i send u guys the pic to help stabilize my error.
