item editing in launcher broken

i cant add or remove items from my builds at the moment. i tried relogging and rebooting to no avail. it happened after a patch today the seventh of january 2015. im trying to make a build for rek sai but i cant drag the icons to do so. the steps to create this is;

1)you attempt to edit a build.

2)then you cant edit it.

3)that simple.

and yes i did try other champ builds. its all broken.
