Trundle - Q Animation got me stuck

Played Trundle for the first time last night. On two instances I got stuck and was unable to move my character. I was trying to do a quick trade on the enemy top laner, I did my Q animation and he walked out of range and my character got physically stuck in place. After the animation finished I could cast skills and attack minions etc but I couldn't move. I was clicking and wasn't able to move. Got killed and could move after respawn. Later I was defending my tower vs the cruel minions and I was trying to get a lasthit before tower killed, casted Q, got stuck in the animation because the tower killed minion and I couldn't move. Had to wait for minions to come so I could recall, then I was able to move again.

Not sure what's going on but I was spam clicking trying to move and no dice.
