Nunu Bug, Causing Snowball to start full size and disappear when released?

Just played a game where Nunu's snowball would constantly be full size immediately, making it impossible to navigate the map or gank. Also, if I released the snowball it would disappear? Also I had some strange interactions when Akali uses her shroud. I'll link this below.
