[Clinet] Youtube video and ranked queue

While watching an enlarged youtube video (specifically the summoner's rift gameplay video) if you get a queue and accept, the video will still play on and if you alt+tab out of it the video will disappear but the sound continues and it disables the pick/ban screen chat.
