Crashing Live Games

So i played with some randoms, and all 10 ppl trolled after a bit... we placed blue wards for 40 minutes and created super waves, after a few minutes past 60 minutes the game kicks everyone out and does not record any of the data... so to fix this can we limit the number of blue wards you can place in a urf game, not unlimited for each person
