[Glitch] Champ Select Freezes in Twisted Treeline ONLY

During the end of season climb to gold, I've been experiencing a multitude of obstacles. One of these obstacles is the constant client freezing in champ select every time I try to play Twisted Treeline. The "freeze" can occur in either the ban phase or pick phase, and it involves the timer counting down to zero and just staying there for the rest of my time in champ select. This has led me to lose up to 46 lp since my rise to silver 1, and it is seriously impeding my progress and enjoyment. I have recently switched from ethernet to wifi due to me moving my setup, yet this doesn't seem to be the catalyst. Oddly enough, this bug seems to be Twisted Treeline specific, as I have played 2 PBE SR games and 8 Normal Draft SR games today without any issues. I am aware my internet connection is patchy as of late, yet the odds that 10 games in a row without a bug on SR and 1 game with a bug on TT is not a coincidence is just not possible. I want solutions that work. I have tried many things already. I have tried ending the display task with the most memory when the bug occurs to restart the client without dodging, which works but takes too long to restart to be practical. I have tried using the Hextech Repair Tool and repatching. I have tried to turn on QoS on my router, but it does not have that option. Even the idea that it's just because of patchy wifi is impractical because I've encountered similar bugs back in June when I had ethernet, which is much more stable. Ethernet is just not a choice for me as of now, and I still want to enjoy this game. Any help would be appreciated. Let me know if I can provide anything that would help you help me.
