Game disappeared permanently?

I played a game today during the afternoon, I was in a premade normal blind pick game with my friend (note: we are not using the same internet, so it is not the internet problem). Everything just went normal in the beggining, but suddenly mid game, we both disconnected. it showed attempting to reconnect in the game screen, he asked me through phone that he dced, and i said me too, maybe it was the server update or something. But as i Alt+f4 to quit the game, and opened up the client, it showed loading game result, click to skip, so I clicked to skip, then my client jumped to the homepage. I was like what the hell, im still in a game, where is reconnect? After this i checked match history the game isnt showed up, i even checked OPGG and it also gave me no result about dat game, my friend experienced the same problem. I have played 3 more games after that one, and they all displayed in my match history, but that game disappeared. Riot plz explain to me what happened?
