got stuck on loading screen, game got remade, lost my promos and got a leaver punishment

I went ahead and queued for the last game in my promos that would decide whether or not I get out of this %%#%$ elo I don't belong in

after champ select, the game opened but it was minimized and would not appear no matter how many times I clicked it

I wasted a minute trying to get it to work before I restarted it, after which the client simply said "Game is in progress" and refused to show a reconnect button

I restarted the client afterwards to find that my team remade the game, that I lost my promos and 40LP (3 hours worth of my time), and got a 20 minute leaverbuster punishment for 5 games for something that was out of my control completely, not my fault

please fix this asap...
