[Gameplay] Braum Q invisible with new skin

So I just got out of a normal game and ran into this bug with Braum's q. No screenshots unfortunately but here are the details:

1. Everything is fine when the game starts.
2. This bug occurs with the new EL Tigre Braum Skin.
3. After a few minutes in, at least 3 of the 5 members of our team (blue) reported not seeing Braum's (red team) Q.
4. Only the main "blast" of the Q is invisible. The particle effects that surround it are still visible.
5. Braum could see his own Q just fine. It is unknown whether the rest of red team saw the Q.
