{bug?} Kayle not responding?

i'm having trouble clicking on kayle . when ever i use W or R it feels like i have to click on kayle's eyes in order for the powers to go through. so i can't really heal or shield myself. it's worse when i'm in a group because i can't see, so i can't really defend my self. when i click on other players it always seems to work on them. like their hit box is bigger and my hit box is small. i think i may have some issues just stopping all of a sudden too. my character sometimes just doesn't move foward; like it'll stop for a second then go.
