Character selection bug or just me?

Whenever I am first pick and i am banning characters, The portrait of the character I rolled over stays up big. This doesn't go away until I scroll over another character. Today, I just banned Mundo, then I opened my masteries, and his portrait stayed up. I couldn't select a character because I couldn't X out of masteries because his portrait covered the X.

Does this happen to anyone else? is there a fix?
