Not able to create a ranked team

I was trying to create a ranked team with some friends, but all of us are unable for atleast 2 weeks now to create a new ranked team. We are not able to check if any of the names are taken already or not. When we run the check we get the message: We hit an unexpected error, sorry. If we ignore this, try it again and do not run the checks and just try to create the team we get the same message.
