[GAMEPLAY] leveling skill glitch

Encountered this bug or glitch since lvl 1 after picking spell. Had that until the end of the game. It still remained after leveling that skill multiple times. Here's a pick at lvl 16 with that still remaining: http://imgur.com/RCxuO5Y but it was just at that one game.
