Buying Fiora

Today I bought Fiora for 4800 blue essence and when I was in champ select she was nowhere to be found. After the game I checked and I didn't have the champion itself, but mine 4800 essence were gone.Anyone knows what did happened, or how to contact Riot and get my champion(or essence) back.
