CLIENT bug - unable to ban&pick- screen from previous game visible

During champ select in TT flex queue i was unable to ban champs and later I was unable to select champ which resulted in me being blocked for 29 mins.. so what's happened..screen from my last game, where i was third pick was presented as current screen..instead of new players I saw old team mates names and picks as well picks from old opposing teams..

I understand there is still stuff to improve on new client but don't give me time penalties for your faults..
