Zigg's W Doesnt Show An Hitbox When Trying to Cast

I was playing as Zigg's a few minutes ago and noticed that his W (Satchel Charge) doesn't show a hitbox about where the ability is going to be placed or the area of the where spell is. It just shows me the radius of where I can cast W and my normal in-game cursor. I checked if it was only for that game and/or the skin I was using at the time, but I went in a custom game and the default skin had the same problem.
