Missing emotes

Hello. So today I figured I'd finnally get into customizing my emotes only to find out that the emotes I had bought before were not there. I spent thousands of blue essence buying them, and now they're suddenly gone? Is this a known bug, can Riot refund / reobtain them for me or is this a lost case? Sad.

what emotes are you buying with BE? Submit a ticket...they can't do anything here on the boards
