I don't get any BE when I win.

Hello , I've got a problem with League of Legends

I won 2 games today but I did not get any BE , not even the daily 400 xp + 50 BE. I Closed League and open it again but still my BE was not there, I have 6255 BE and im trying to buy Rakan but for some reason I do not get any BE when I won any games. Does anyone know any solutions? this 'glitch' happened after the Pantheon uptade.

First win of the day not working?

It worked for the XP but not the 50 BE, I won another game and still I did not get any BE after the game.
