In-Game Store not opening and only toggling your stats

I don't know if its just me but i cant open my in-game store to buy items it only toggles my stats. if you hold C you will get your stats and any time i press p it toggles the top part of the stats. I reset my settings to default but it doesnt work. whenever i go on a different account its normal. If i use a different computer i still cant open P so it isnt my computer and it looks like its specifically my account since every of my friend isnt having it. Thank you for listening to me on this.
