Permanent Low Priority, Is This A BUG?

I was in low priority because of connection problems, now i have done all my 5 matches there is no more notification telling me how many matches in low prio i have left because i have finished them all, but now every time i tried to queue there will be a warning from leave buster saying i am still in low priority and have to wait 20 minutes. Please fix this i don't want to spend 20 minutes in queue to play a single game.

Welcome to a system that is not only horrendous in every way possible, fulfills the exact opposite of what it is suppose to fix which is toxicity (the system makes people toxic), , and a system so bad and for some reason no one questioned it at all even in a extremely rough concept stage --- Riot fucked up hard
