Stats Not Loading at the end of a Game

I know that its not really a big deal, I usually just skip it and move on. However, lately its only been happening when I get the worst people I have ever seen play this game in my games. Normally I just ingore and report at the end of the game but for the last 5 times it hasnt let me, its probably just a coincidence, but this last time really frustrated me because the 2 people on my team were just completely and totally the shittiest people I have ever met in this game. Its usually not a big deal to me but they were so far over the line with their attitude and words, I felt like just afking or throwing just so they wouldnt win and if it were a ranked game I would have thrown just so they wouldnt get the LP they needed. In any case the end of game stats not loading is just a minor inconvienence. My biggest question is how do I report them even though the stats didnt load? or maybe there should be a way to report through the recent players menu just in case this becomes a recurring issue.
