Draft mode bug

I'm currently experiencing a bug were in draft mode, (both ranked and normal) during the banning phase the client will freeze. The animations and background music continue, but the summoner's ban choice doesn't appear, gets stuck a 0 seconds remaining and then nothing happens for a solid minute ore two. Because of this, I am unable to choose a champion to ban and/or unable to lock in my champion. This results in a dodge, and has happened consistently on the previous 5 attempts to enter a match. I'm currently unable to queue up for 30 minutes. This is not an issue with internet connection as I have tried multiple access points and friend's internet as well. This only seems to be an issue on my account as well..
