(GAMEPLAY) (BUG)

I lost the ability to use spells in a match after respawning the only thing that fixed it was dying and respawning again. Unfortunately I did not take a screenshot but essentially my spells (QWER and DF even B) appeared black and white as if i was still respawning. When I tried to cast the spells the message "you can't cast this right now" would show again as if i was still dead. Since i could not farm as effectively i lost a decent lead against the enemy team and lost LP. I hope you guys can fix this. Thank you. side note: I have no idea how I triggered this bug and have no idea how to replicate it.
