Refunding from old client

I had an issue when the client switched over to the new version where i couldnt see my old purchases. I assumed they would fix it eventually but that never came. So at this point I'm hoping for some pity and some assistance from a rioter. I want to refund my SG Jinx skin (don't play adc anymore) and buy something equally nice to get me back into the game.
