Nidalee jump right as a Nautilus dredge line hits

I believe this is a bug http://gfycat.com/DrearyInferiorAdouri. Please let me know if this is working as intended. Shouldn't she be stunned while hit? And if she jumps before shouldn't be hit at all, and if she is pulled, why is Nautilus not pulling her to him?

I don't believe this is working as intended because i think Nid's jump is a dash, so cc like that, i.e. Blitz's grab, should pull her
