[CRASH] In-Game Freeze, then Bug Splat

Over the past few weeks or so, these random in-game crashes has been occurring. There may have been 1 or 2 games that I've played without the crash, but other than that, I've gotten enough crashes to get into low priority queue. Yes, I did do Custom first, it worked, then once I went into a Coop vs. AI, it disconnects, of course. Kind of frustrated, but this may have been happening due to the latest Patches, or an update with Windows. What I'm saying is that this "in-game freeze and crash" has been happening ever since Patch 5.5 and the Windows Update that came at about the same time as when Patch 5.5 came out. Also, I've loading into games much longer than before.

How the In-Game Crash Happens

  1. I click "Play", load into the Champion Select, pick a Champion, then the loading screen pops up.
  2. So, the loading screen pops up, and everyone loads into the game.
  3. The first few seconds of in-game is a frozen screen of the spawn with no one on it yet. About 25 seconds in, then the game resumes.
  4. I purchase my items, then I play the game out.
  5. Within a few minutes in-game, my screen suddenly freezes, then it exits, and the Bug Splat pops up. Though, the icon of "Riot Games" is still at the bottom right, so it hasn't been fully terminated yet. The client doesn't pop-up after the crash either, so I have to reconnect manually.

As I said, this has been going on around for a while now, and I'd really appreciate it if this issue can be figured out and fixed. I run on a Windows 8.1 Laptop with 4 GB of RAM and a Pentium CPU N3520 @ 2.16GHz Processor. I usually run at 30-60 FPS, but now, I can't play obviously. I've also looked at the "Bug Splat and Game Crashes" article at Riot Support, and it didn't help fix this issue, sadly. Again, please fix this issue as soon as possible if the problem can be found. I really want to play URF soon (if you guys re-release it again because April 1st is tomorrow, haha) and with my friends again. Thank you in advance and looking forward to play again.

i have the same problem have no seen anything on it yet make sure to post here if you get a fix

Yeah, well, I see URF has revealed itself, just great :l . First, I'm in low priority queue, and I feel as I don't deserve it, and my computer will probably do this Crash above anyway so why bother. Riot, I've been waiting for URF to come out and to play it again (like everyone else), and I don't like the irony of when it does come out and is available again, I cannot play. Riot, now I'm really eager to play and am asking to see this problem through and fix it at once please. Thank you and send me an email or reply to this discussion if it gets fixed.
