Bots can still buy stuff that has been removed...

I play a lot of custom games and i have always wanted to play against challenging bots, but then in seasons 3-5, the intermediate bots always buy stealth wards and they don't know how to use them. The only bot that does is Jax, but all others don't. Whenever the bots buy a stealth ward, they take up one space from their own inventory, making it that they limit their inventory space to five. Please fix this bug, stealth wards shouldn't even be in the game anymore.
