Custom Rune Page switches to a premade page.
After you finish selecting your runes, there is a chance that your current custom page will switch to one of the premades pages. This happens especially in the last 30s of the champion selection.

Yep, it's been reported repeatedly and Riot still hasn't responded.
But I think if I uninstall the game, it will remove the problem. By never having to deal with it again!
Too bad I'm an addict.
