Nexus Blitz Execute effect not working.exe

Straight up, got it like the first day NB was back, got the quest, completed the quest and......you guessed it, the good ol nothing. Been watching out for it, thought maybe it's not on any kill, but just shutdowns, no. maybe killing spree? no. In short it's not working AT ALL. I'm fine with the icon, but why say that it's an effect when in reality it's just an icon. I'm not salty that i got it and "wasted" those coins, no, in fact i got everything already and still have 15 coins left and nothing to spend them on....(would like to exchange them for key frags) Posting this here, cause I suspect this is bug, but to be honest it might've been just a typo by the one who wrote the description.
