(Client) Can see other people's champion masteries

Found that you can see someone else's champion masteries through the client:

1. Go to your profile, select "Champions" tab
2. Go to friends list, right click anyone, select "View Profile"
3. Click their "Champions" tab, which should be greyed out
4. Go back to your profile, and select "Champions" tab
5. You should see their champion mastery levels, in order of the champions in your champions tab.
