getting sick of all the issues after EVERY patch riot

why is it that every time there is even a small patch that doesn't even get numbered (like a new free champ rotation) there are NEW stupid reason why I can't jump on the game. First there was the problem with patch 5.3 where that wouldn't let finish loading after the files finished, luckily that was a simple matter of relaunching, NOW its doing the SAME THING with the important difference that it can't get fixed the same way (like every other patch that pulls this crap) and there is NOTHING on how to get it fixed. seriously, if you are going to patch something, MAKE SURE IT WORKS FIRST, MOST OF US ARE NOT COMPUTER TECHNICIANS.
